Nspire Today, LLC was created out of frustration. We were tired of watching people get mediocre therapy and treatment services. We wanted to ensure the individuals we worked with always got what they were looking for, not what others thought was best for them. We try every day to Nspire everyone we come in contact with. We want to Nspire clients to be all they choose to be, students to push the everyday boundaries, and supervisees to be willing to do what is right, and not just what they have been told to do.
This is our purpose, intent, and motivation.
The purpose of therapy is to have a "safe place" to discuss your innermost thoughts and feelings, and to find resolutions to your problems.
Stress? Anxiety? Depression?
You don't have to manage life's challenges alone.

Don't only "crazy" people go to therapy?
Some people who are receiving therapy are emotionally disturbed.
MOST ARE NOT.
Most healthy individuals experience emotional troubles at some point in their lives.
In therapy, the more of an active participant you are, the greater the benefit will be. You will be asked to identify goals for yourself which will provide the framework for our therapy work together. It is important for you to express your thoughts and feelings openly. The work you do outside of therapy is often as important as the work you do in therapy. We will work together on uncovering what changes in thinking, feeling, and/or behavior may be of benefit to you.

Because there is no effort
without error and shortcoming; but he who actually strives to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, and great devotions, who spends himself in a worthy cause;
