Nspire Today, LLC was created out of frustration. We were tired of watching people get mediocre therapy and treatment services. We wanted to ensure the individuals we worked with always got what they were looking for, not what others thought was best for them. We try every day to Nspire everyone we come in contact with. We want to Nspire clients to be all they choose to be, students to push the everyday boundaries, and supervisees to be willing to do what is right, and not just what they have been told to do.

You will be asked to identify goals for yourself which will provide the framework for our therapy work together. It is important for you to express your thoughts and feelings openly. The work you do outside of therapy is often as important as the work you do in therapy. We will work together on uncovering what changes in thinking, feeling, and/or behavior may be of benefit to you.
